New shoes

Jon and I went shopping yesterday and got Brody his first pair of "real" shoes at the Clark's store. They are so stinking cute that I had to take a picture and post it! It's only a matter of time before he'll be walking so we figured...why not!? How could we not buy them, they look like little men's shoes! Thank you Nana for the new shoes!!!

Sippy Cup

I have been giving Brody a sippy cup for the last few weeks to play with when he is in his high chair and now he is starting to drink from it! He mostly just bangs it on the table and throw it on the ground though...

Blue Steel

This was after the tub yesterday. He loves standing up in the tub and being naked. The first picture looks like he is giving the camera "blue steel" ala Zoolander... he must be practicing his model poses...

Look at me go!

I like the first picture with Brody in just his shirt and socks in a plank position. Something is not right about him. He had his first pieces of chicken today and then later, kicked the coffee table over...yes...KICKED it over. He went underneath it and put his feet in the air and launched it over, plates, candles, candle holders and all. He stared at me becuase it scared him at first, then he clapped and laughed. He really is turning into a little man. Here is a video of him playing and then biting the camera.

I have been slacking at this blog but things are so busy with work. I have to upload the pictures from my camera from this weekend. I do have this funny pregnant picture that I just found and thought I would put up. This was only at 35 weeks so I still got alot bigger (I had him 4 1/2 weeks later)! Makes me want to let Brody be an only child!

Eating O's

As I have said earlier, Brody has started eating finger foods and he doing quite well with it I must say. I took a video of him yesterday eating O's and his teething cookie. The pictures are of what he looked like AFTER eating the teething biscuit for twenty minutes...Yummy! Murphy is learning to appreciate Brody eating finger foods...extra treats for him!

Teeth!

Brody has had quite a time with his teeth for the past month and finally, there is some good news. Last week (as I had already said), one of his teeth popped through. Well, it must have inspired the rest because two more have popped and another is about ready to come through too! He now has two top teeth and one bottom. I feel so bad for him, it must hurt an awful lot. He even had a temperature yesterday of almost 101! He is better now though...Mimi, Auntie Kate and I held him down and opened his mouth to take a picture of his teeth. Very attractive I know...I put the other pictures up because he looked so cute in them!
